WESTPORT — Youngsters are invited to happily haunt the Westport Weston Family YMCA’s “Halloween Spooktacular” on Saturday.

The gathering, for children up to 10 years old accompanied by a parent, will take place at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at the YMCA, 14 Allen Raymond Lane.

Children, encouraged to wear a costume, will be treated to face painting, crafts, games, a bounce house and activities in the Y’s gymnastics center. Parents must remain with their children throughout the event, according to organizers.
