WESTPORT — Farm fresh doesn’t get fresher than produce, flowers and more on offer at Wakeman Town Farm’s stand — opening for a fresh season Saturday.

Farm stand hours will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 10, and continuing weekly through Oct. 28 at 134 Cross Highway.

Produce, flowers and honey harvested at the community farm will be available, plus baked goods, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Chaga mushroom elixirs, homemade salsas and more from other vendors.

Artisan breads from Fatto a Mano will be featured this Saturday, including “limited amounts” of country sourdough, multigrain pan loafs, roasted garlic sourdough, focaccina minis, olive focaccia and bomboloni nutella, according to a publicity release.

Visitors also are welcome to stop by the farm’s animal menagerie during the farm stand’s hours.
