WESTPORT — Wide-ranging discussion of creativity by an Emmy-winning composer, an Oscar-nominated filmmaker, a former Westport “Teacher of the Year” and others is planned with the Nov. 6 return of “TEA Talk” at the Westport Library.

Three panels will explore “Creativity Unleashed” in the program organized by the Westport Arts Advisory Committee, marking the return of its annual “Thinkers, Educators, Artists” talks after a two-year pause.

The free program is set for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, at the library, 20 Jesup Road. Register here to attend.

Participants will discuss the impact of the last several years on creativity and consumption of the arts, focusing on film, music and visual art.

TEA Talk’s three panels are:

  • Westport textile and fashion designer Shobana Mani and Oscar-nominated New York City filmmaker Kevin Wilson Jr., whose documentary, “UNTOLD: The Rise & Fall of AND1,” recently was released on Netflix.
  • Richard Epstein, a Westport musician, dentist and WPKN radio host, and Emmy Award-winning composer, music supervisor and pianist Michael Whalen.
  • Westport 2013 “Teacher of the Year” Cecily Anderson, Westport artist Tom Berntsen and Norwalk street muralist 5ive Fingaz.

Music will be performed by Heshima Moja, a bassist, vocalist and composer.

A question-and-answer period will follow the panel-discussion program.
