WESTPORT — Deals on meals will be served up by 20 restaurants around town beginning Sunday for the two-week-long “Westport Restaurant Week” promotion.

Special prix-fixe menus will be available at participating restaurants from Sunday, Sept. 29, through Sunday, Oct. 13, according to the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce, the event organizer.

Each of the restaurants will set a fixed price for special meals, ranging from $25-plus for lunch and $35-plus for dinner, according to the chamber’s announcement. Most participating restaurants, although not all, are offering special prices for both lunches and dinners; check the lineup here to see what each restaurant plans and the pricing.

“I know I am not the only foodie out there and this event is for them with the wide selection we have to offer,” Matthew Mandell, the chamber executive director, said in the group’s announcement. “We want people to eat local and realize Westport has the best dining scene in Fairfield County.”
