WESTPORT–This summer, the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts hopes music lovers will find themselves Falling in Love with Matteo Bocelli.

“Falling in Love” is the name of the new album and world tour from the rising pop star, the second son of the opera-pop star Andrea Bocelli. The younger Bocelli will perform at the Levitt on July 10 at 7 p.m. The outdoor venue is at 40 Jesup Road, Westport.

Released in September, 2025, the album is a follow-up to the younger Boceilli’s 2023 solo debut, “Matteo.” (He also sang with his father and half-sister Virginia Bocelli on the 2021 album “A Family Christmas.”)

With the new album, Bocelli “steps confidently into the spotlight as the next generation artist, with the heart of a poet and the reach of a global star,” said the venue’s Executive Producer Carleigh Welsh.

Falling in Love was recorded in Matteo’s home region of Tuscany with producer Martin Terefe, whose credits include Shawn Mendes and Jason Mraz.

“The album connects Matteo with his roots while also capturing the spirit of timeless romance,” Welsh said in a release. “Falling in Love marks a new era for Matteo, blending his classical, Italian heritage with modern pop for a taste of ‘la dolce vita’ – the album is steeped in the romance and elegance only Italy can provide.”

Matteo has collaborated with stars such as Ed Sheeran and Sofia Carson and has opened for Lionel Richie. He has performed for dignitaries including King Charles III and President Joe Biden. Recently, he and his father sang “White Christmas” to close Snoop Dogg’s Holiday Halftime Party on NFL Christmas Gameday on Netflix.
