WESTPORT — A triple holiday treat is on the Remarkable Drive-In’s marquee this Labor Day weekend under clear, cool skies.

Each of the three movies deals with coming-of-age themes from a different perspective, but all are considered among the best of that genre. Two of the films have been rescheduled from earlier dates.

The movies will be shown on the Remarkable Drive-In’s big screen at 50 Imperial Ave.

Ticket proceeds benefit the Remarkable Theater’s goal of opening a non-profit movie theater in downtown Westport that will employ people with disabilities.

The Labor Day holiday slate of attractions includes:

Friday: “Stand By Me,” based on a novella by Stephen King, the film was directed by Rob Reiner and released in 1986. It is rated R. The movie will be shown at 7:45 p.m., doors open at 6:45.

Saturday: “The Graduate,” released in 1967, received seven Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, and won the Best Director Award for Mike Nichols. It launched the career of Dustin Hoffman (Best Actor nominee), and features a musical score of classic Simon and Garfunkel songs. The movie is rated PG. It will be shown at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 6:30.

Sunday: “The Sandlot,” is a 1993 sports-themed comedy. Rated PG, the movie will be shown at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 6:30.
