Four musicians will perform music from Ireland at the Dec. 1 First Folk Sunday concert.

WESTPORT — The music of Ireland will be showcased at the Dec. 1 concert hosted by First Folk Sunday.

Featuring four Irish musicians from Fairfield County, the concert will take place at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at Saugatuck Rowing Club, 521 Riverside Ave.

Performers will include John Brennan, who began his career as a rock-and-roll guitarist with POCO, the Eagles, Graham Nash and the Byrds, but later segued to performing with All-Ireland Champion musicians. He will be joined by button accordionist Loretta Egan Murphy, fiddler Eugene Bender and drummer Mark Demchak, plus First Folk Sunday regular Suzanne Sheridan.
