WESTPORT — A piano recital of works by Debussy, Burge and Schubert will be the Oct. 22 presentation in the “Sunday Afternoon Concert Series” at Saugatuck Congregational Church.

The free program, performed by pianists Hui-Mei Lin and Liang-Fang Chang, is set for 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, at the church, 245 Post Road East.

The performance also will be live-streamed via the church’s website.

Lin, a native of Taiwan, made her New York solo debut at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall as the winner of the Artists International Competition. She received a master’s degree from the Juilliard School, and a doctor of musical arts degree from the City University of New York’s Graduate School. She served on the faculty at Sacred Heart University for 15 years.

Chang, also a Taiwan native, is director of Saugatuck Congregational Church’s music ministry. She has performed as a solo pianist, chamber musician and accompanist at venues across the U.S. and internationally. She received a master of music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and doctor of musical arts from the University of Iowa. Chang is an adjunct faculty member at Western Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Valley Community College.
