The play, written by Christian O’Reilly, unfolds when “Betty, a lonely widow with 19 cats,” meets “Dan, a bereaved gentleman who lives only for his beloved dog, Chapatti [named for Dan’s favorite Indian bread],” and the lonely humans’ pets “seem to pave the way for an unlikely common ground,” according to publicity for the show.
The cast includes Lucy Babbitt and Al Kulcsar. The production is directed by Tom Holehan.
