WESTPORT — “Pete’s Big Hollywood Adventure,” based on a children’s book series, will be presented Feb. 26 at the Westport Country Playhouse.

The show, part of the theater’s Family Festivities series, will be performed at 1 and 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at the playhouse, 25 Powers Court.

Produced by TheaterWorksUSA, the show is based on the “Pete the Cat” books by Kimberly and James Dean. 

 In “Pete’s Big Hollywood Adventure,” Pete the Cat and friend, Callie the Calico, sneak into Hollywood studios and “get lost in the world of the movies,” according to a publicity release for the show.
