The single-story custom contemporary was built in 1965. It has 1,700-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, garage, enclosed porch, stone patio and wood deck.
The property traded hands in 2024 for $2,750,000. The property’s current assessment is $1,792,100.
