WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a permit last month to demolish the structure at 6 James Lane.

The 1-story ranch was built in 1960. It has 1,900-square-feet of living space, a basement, a garage, a wooden deck, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The property traded hands two weeks ago for $879,000. The property’s current assessment is $511,400.

James Lane is off of Bayberry Lane.
