WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a permit to demolish the structure at 6 Bedford Drive.
The 1½-story cape cod was built in 1960. It has 2,200-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two baths, a basement area, a crawl space, a garage, a finished half-story and an unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in September for $985,000. The property’s current assessment is $608,300.
Bedford Drive is off of West Parish Road, near Center Street.
