WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit on Thursday for the property at 55 High Point Road.
Built in 1955, the single-story split-level has 2,200-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a raised basement and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in 2018 for $925K. It had traded in 1996 for $395K.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $597,200.
