WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 36 Bauer Place Ext.
The single-story ranch was built in 1949. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in July for $815,000. The property’s current assessment is $365,800.
Bauer Place Ext is off of Bauer Place, which is off of Old Road.
