
WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the two structures at 35 Evergreen Parkway.
The main house is a two-story conventional built in 1920. It has 1,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a half-bathroom, basement and wood deck.
The second building was built in 1925. It is a 1¾-story conventional with 700 square feet of living space, one bedroom and a bathroom.
The property traded hands earlier this month for $1,200,000. The property’s current assessment is $555,000.
Evergreen Parkway is off Evergreen Avenue.
