The 1¾-story Colonial was built in 1947. It has 1,900 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement, a crawl space, garage, screened porch and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in July for $950,000. The property’s current assessment is $551,900.
