WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 22 Fillow St.
The single-story split level was built in 1956. It has 1,300-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, a bathroom, half-bathroom, basement area, raised basement and patio. The property traded hands in July 2026 for $1,220,000. The property’s current assessment is $698,500.
Fillow St. is off of Clinton Ave.
