WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit yesterday for the property at 20 Silver Brook Road.
Built in 1955, the 1¾-story cape has 2,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two baths, a basement, a crawl space, a garage, a screen porch, a wooden deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands on October 1 for $675,000.
The property’s 2020 assessment was $579,000.
Silver Brook Road is off of Weston Road.
