WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 19 Mortar Rock Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1970. It has 2,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a crawl space, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in July for $1,020,000. The property’s current assessment is $575,200.
Mortar Rock Road is off of Compo Road South.
