WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structure at 17 Maplegrove Avenue.
The 1 ½-story cape was built in 1929. It has 2,300-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, a crawl space, an unfinished half-story and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in May for $1,211,000. The property’s current assessment is $470,400.
Maplegrove Avenue is off of Imperial Avenue, north of Bridge Street.
