WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 13C Dogwood Lane.
The two-story custom contemporary was built in 1985. It has 4,400-square-feet of living space, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a garage, a pergola, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands in 2022 for $2,150,000. It had previously traded for $1,200,000 in 2001. The property’s current assessment is $1,100,500.
Dogwood Lane is off of Compo Road S.
