WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission recently approved the issuance of a permit to demolish the house at 13 Twin Circle Drive.
The single-story split-level was erected in 1953. It has 1,700-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The property traded hands in January for $900,000. The property’s current assessment is $535,700.
Twin Circle Drive is off North Avenue.
