WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit yesterday for the property at 13 Caccamo Lane Ext.

Built in 1964, the two-story Colonial has 2,400-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two and half baths, a basement, an in-ground pool, a garage, a porch and a wood deck.

The property traded hands in September for $1,200,000. It had previously traded in 1995 for $420,000. 

The property’s assessment currently stands at $690,200.

Caccamo Lane Ext. is off Caccamo Lane, which is off Gorham Avenue.
