WESTPORT–The Building Department recently issued a permit to demolish the structure at 12 Hunt Club Lane.
The 2-story Colonial was built in 1963. It has 2,100-square-feet of living space, a basement, a garage, a wood deck, a screen porch, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a finished upper-story.
The property traded hands last month for $1,270,000. The property’s current assessment is $543,600.
Hunt Club Lane is off of Maple Avenue N.
