WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 10 Bauer Place.
The 1¼-story Cape was built in 1944. It has 1,400 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, one bathroom, a basement, garage and finished attic.
The property traded hands in June for $901,000. The property’s current assessment is $376,200.
