The 1¾-story conventional was built in 1930. It has 2,500-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement area, a garage, a three quarter-story and a finished half story.
The property traded hands in June 2022 for $3,300,000. The property’s current assessment is $732,100
Riverview Road is off of Maplegrove Road, which is off of Imperial Avenue.
