The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structures at 9 Brookside Drive.

The property includes a main house and a stand-alone studio.

The property also includes a garage, a patio and, according to realtor.com, an inground pool.

The property traded hands in March 2025  for $4,150,000. It had previously traded for $1,562,500 in 1996. The property’s current assessment is $2,907,300.

Brookside Drive is off of Compo Road North.
