WESTPORT — An SUV rolled over on Riverside Avenue, sending the driver to the hospital Sunday night, according to a posting on the Fire Department’s Facebook page.
A stretch of Riverside Avenue was shut down as firefighters, police and EMS crews carried out emergency operations at the scene.
No information was immediately available about the extent of injuries to the driver.
Before clearing the scene, firefighters used multiple grip hoists to pull the overturned vehicle back onto its wheels.
