WESTPORT — An Easton man has been charged with breach of peace after an argument turned physical at a local business last month, police said.
Jason Tunick, 47, was charged last week with second-degree breach of peace in connection with the incident.
Police received a complaint June 18 from a woman who works at a local business that she became embroiled in an argument a day earlier with a man she identified as Tunick, according to the report.
During the argument, police said, the woman told police that Tunick had grabbed her arm, which left a bruise.
Based on the complaint, a warrant for Tunick’s arrest was issued.
On July 14, he turned himself in at Police Department headquarters, where he was held on $5,000 bond for arraignment later that day at state Superior Court in Stamford.
