WESTPORT — The intersection of Bermuda and Harbor roads, closed to traffic after utility wires came down in the area Wednesday morning, reopened to traffic after about three hours.

The all-clear message was issued about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday by police, approximately three hours after an alert that the intersection was closed to traffic as Eversource utility crews worked on repairs.

Drivers were advised to use Pebble Beach Lane as an alternative route around the affected area while the detour was enforced.
