WESTPORT — The town’s annual crack-sealing road maintenance project is set to hit the streets this week.
The program, set to last about two weeks, will target repairs on about 25 miles of roadway weekdays starting Thursday, Aug. 24, according to the Department of Public Works.
Traffic will be directed into one-way, alternating patterns around work zones, DPW officials advise.
Drivers should proceed with caution, officials said. For more information about this year’s crack seal program, call the DPW Office at 203-341-1120.

Is most of the never-ending work that has been going on, on Westport roads, related to water main replacement? (Especially all of the stuff on Post? Though it is seemingly everywhere.)
