WESTPORT — Seven “Students of the Month” for February have been selected at Staples High School.

Mieszko Solowinski, who was unable to join the group photo.

They are: seniors Elena Lim and Krishin Wadhwani, junior Julia Herlyn, sophomores Dagny Dahl and Sophia Papp, and freshmen Isabel Brookbanks and Mieszko Solowinski.

The students, nominated by teachers, are chosen because they help make Staples a welcoming place, according to the school’s announcement. “They are the ‘glue’ of the Staples community … these students are all-around good citizens of our school.”
