WESTPORT — A free webinar about heat pumps is planned March 5 by Sustainable Westport.
“Heat Pumps 101,” designed to provide basic information about air- and ground-source heat pumps, will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5. To register, click here.
The program, offered as part of Sustainable Westport’s “Residential Energy Learning Series,” will feature two speakers.
Matt Corona, of the Energize CT heat pump support team focuses on building decarbonization and has managed educational programs on heat pumps, weatherization and more.
Brian Gaulzetti, the principal energy consultant for Dandelion Energy, leads the direct consumer division for geothermal heat pump installations across New England.
The program also will include Westport residents discussing their experiences installing heat pump in their homes, according to Sustainable Westport.
