WESTPORT — A lecture on vaccines and their importance for older adults will take place Oct. 19 at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.
The free talk, “Vaccines, from A to Z,” will take place at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, in person at the center, 21 Imperial Ave., and online via Zoom. Information on the Zoom link is here.

The speaker will be Dr. Gregory Buller, chairman of the Bridgeport Hospital Department of the Medicine and a clinical professor of medicine at the Yale Medical School.
Buller will discuss the kinds of vaccinations that different types of people need, when to get inoculations and why they are key to maintaining good health.
