WESTPORT — Harvest unique, “home-grown” artistic gifts Dec. 4 at a special event hosted by the Westport Winter Farmers Market.

The “Holiday Artist Market,” highlighting wares by area artists and makers, will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at Gilbertie’s Herbs & Garden Center, 7 Sylvan Lane.

The “Holiday Artist Market,” set up across three open-air greenhouses at Gilbertie’s, will feature one-of-a-kind handcrafted gift ideas, according to an announcement. 

Food trucks, including Parlor Pizza, also will be on the scene.

“Local artisans don’t experience supply-chain issues the way big box stores do,” Lori Cochran-Dougall, executive director of the farmers market, said in a release. “If there was ever a year to spend, support and give local, this is it and we have you covered.”
