WESTPORT — A tag sale, “featuring thousands of items donated by dozens of families,” returns Aug. 6 to the Unitarian Church in Westport after a two-year COVID hiatus.

The single-day sale is set from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6., at the church, 10 Lyons Plains Road. The indoors event will take place rain or shine.

Early-bird admission, for a $10 fee, starts at 8 a.m.

The sale will feature a wide selection of goods, according to organizers, ranging from household and kitchen wares, to furniture and clothing, sports equipment and toys, and artworks and home decor.

Proceeds from the sale will help meet church operating costs, as well as fund social-justice causes the congregation supports.
