WESTPORT — “Woof Woof the Shadow Pup” will be presented Feb. 12 at the Westport Country Playhouse, part of the theater’s Family Festivities series.

The “shadow theater” musical will be staged at 1 and 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at the playhouse, 25 Powers Court.

“Woof Woof the Shadow Pup” highlights “the importance of understanding and acknowledging the emotional life of young children,” according to a playhouse publicity release.

The play invites “families to experience the magical world of shadow theater, where adventure and possibility are never-ending,” the theater says.
