More than 20 jazz musicians and singers are slated to perform for JazzFC’s “Blow-Out Bash” on May 9.

WESTPORT — JazzFC’s second annual “Blow-Out Bash,” featuring more than 20 jazz artists, is planned May 9 at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 399.

The event, benefiting various JazzFC programs, will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at the post, 465 Riverside Ave.

Tickets, which include dinner, start at $100 and can be reserved online in advance by clicking here.

Among the performers will be Paul Bollenback, Michael Mossman, Melissa Newman, Rabbi Greg Wall, Janice Friedman and more than a dozen others, according to event organizers. Proceeds raised by the event will support JazzFC programs, including educational clinics for students from Westport to Bridgeport, the nonprofit’s scholarship fund, outreach concerts to seniors and other underserved groups, and weekly jazz concerts in Westport.
