The ‘Affordable Art Trunk Show’ – Contributed image

WESTPORT–On Sunday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Artists Collective of Westport will host the eighth annual Affordable Art Trunk Show in the Jesup parking lot, on the Saugatuck River, north of the Westport Library.

The occasion will include a food truck by Cricket Car Hop, and music by Kwame.

According to the release, some of the area’s finest artists will sell artwork of many media–from one-of-a-kind bookmarks to original oil paintings–from the trunks of their cars.

Because the artists pay no fees to participate and no commissions are taken on sales, prices are extremely affordable.
