WESTPORT–A waterfront estate traded today for $45,000,000. It is thought to be the largest residential real estate transaction in Westport history.
The real estate firm Leslie Clarke Team at Compass represented the sellers of 120, 122, 124 and 128 Beachside Avenue, Andrew and Fiona Bentley.
Clarke said about the sale, “It’s been meaningful to see this Westport transaction come together. What started with the listing at 120–122 Beachside Avenue eventually expanded into a unique opportunity for the buyer to bring together the neighboring parcels at 124–128 Beachside Avenue. The combined $45,000,000 purchase represents a truly special stretch of waterfront, and I’m grateful to everyone involved for their care and collaboration throughout the process.”
