WESTPORT — The Staples High boys basketball team lost 70-59 to non-conference opponent St. Bernard of Uncasville at home Monday.

Sam Clachko and Mason Tobias scored a dozen points apiece. Adam Udell scored nine and Austin Heyer contributed five points.

The Wreckers, whose Tuesday game was postponed by the snowstorm, will now host FCIAC rival Norwalk at 7 p.m. Thursday. (Game schedules are subject to change; click for the latest CIAC updates.)
