WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a demolition permit for the house at 1 Parsell Lane earlier this month. The circa-1937, 1½-story cape has 1,400-square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement, a garage, an enclosed porch and a finished half-story.
The property traded on May 10, 2022 for $720,000; it had traded twelve days earlier for $575,000.
The assessed value of the property is $375,300.
Parsell Lane is off of Westway Road, which is off Greens Farms Road between Maple Avenue S and Bulkley Avenue S.
