WESTPORT — The town’s annual Christmas tree lighting takes place Friday evening at Town Hall.
The event gets underway at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, at the tall fir tree in front of Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave.
First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker will preside at her first ceremony illuminating the holiday lights on the town’s official Christmas tree.
The Staples High School Orphenians will perform a selection of seasonal songs to entertain the gathering.
