WESTPORT — The “Shoulder Check” hockey game, organized by the STORMAC boys co-op hocket team to highlight mental wellness, has been rescheduled to Feb. 1.

The game, originally scheduled last week, was called off by the threat of inclement weather.

It now will be played at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Milford Ice Pavilion. The local co-op team with players from Staples, Norwalk and Brien McMahon high schools will take the ice against Wilton High.

The event will highlight the Shoulder Check mission to “reach out, check in and make contact … and make kindness a contact sport.”
