WESTPORT–Staples girls soccer had a win, loss and tie during a trio of challenging FCIAC contests this week. The Wreckers stand at 3-2-3 overall.

The Wreckers and Darien played to a scoreless draw in Westport on Monday.

Host Greenwich edged Staples 2-1 on Wednesday; Emily Shiel had the lone Wrecker goal.

Staples concluded the week with a 1-0 victory at Wilton Friday night. Addie Talbott was assisted by Emme Dorfman for the lone tally.

Staples is off from game action until Thursday, Sept 25 when Bridgeport Central visits at 4 p.m.
