WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission approved a request to demolish the house at 15 Burr Farms Road this week.
The single-story contemporary, built in 1950, has 2,300-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, a stone patio and an in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in October for $1,130,000 and in 1998 for $529,000. The property’s current assessment is $608,100.
Burr Farms Road is off of Long Lots Road.
