WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 1 Reimer Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1959. It has 2,700-square-feet of living space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement area, stone patio, finished upper story and inground pool. The property traded hands last month for $1,839,000. Previously, it had sold for $375,000 in 1994. The property’s current assessment is $1,235,900.
Reimer Road is off of North Avenue.
