WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 65 Grove Point Road.
The single-story ranch was built in 1935. It has 1,700-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, crawl space, garage, and wood deck.
The property traded hands in October, 2025 for $725,000. The property’s current assessment is $710,000.
