WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a demolition permit for the dwelling at 57 Post Road W.
The house, a single-story ranch, was built in 1920, and has 638-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an unfinished basement. The house is marked #67.
The property last traded hands in 1999 for $2,600,000. The property’s 2020 assessment was $1,731,700.
The property sits between Lincoln and Cross Streets.
